1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AdGateScore ("the Service"), including our website, API, Chrome extension, WordPress plugin, and any associated tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.2. Description of Service
AdGateScore is an ad-network readiness platform that provides automated website auditing across 80+ checks, AI-powered fix recommendations, approval probability scoring for 14 ad networks, and a suite of publisher tools. The Service crawls publicly accessible pages, runs performance and policy checks, and generates scores with actionable recommendations. Additional features include competitor benchmarking, scheduled scans, score trends, network comparisons, a revenue calculator, a publisher directory, a community forum, a blog, approval guides, a fix marketplace, and optional add-on subscriptions. Some features require a paid plan.3. User Accounts
To access certain features you must create an account via our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have permission to audit in jurisdictions where this is prohibited; (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures; (c) resell, redistribute, or white-label scan results without a Premium subscription; (d) use automated tools to abuse the Service beyond documented API limits; (e) submit malicious URLs designed to exploit our scanning infrastructure; (f) post spam, abusive, or misleading content in the community forum; or (g) use the Trust Badge or embeddable widget on sites not associated with your account.5. Plans and Billing
The Service offers three plans: Free (3 scans/day, 4 networks), Pro ($19/mo or $149/yr, 25 scans/day, all 14 networks), and Premium ($49/mo or $399/yr, unlimited scans, API access). Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.6. Add-On Subscriptions
Pro and Premium subscribers may purchase optional add-ons billed separately via Stripe: Domain Authority & Backlinks ($5/mo), Directory Listing ($9/mo), AI Visibility Tracker ($14/mo), and Featured Listing ($24/mo). Add-ons can be bundled with your plan checkout or added individually. Cancellation of an add-on takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling your base plan also cancels all active add-ons.7. API Usage
Premium subscribers may access the AdGateScore REST API subject to published rate limits (currently 100 requests per day). API keys are confidential; you are responsible for any usage under your keys. We may suspend access for abuse or excessive usage. API access is subject to these Terms and our
API documentation.
8. Chrome Extension & WordPress Plugin
Our Chrome extension and WordPress plugin are provided as convenience tools that interact with the same Service and are subject to these same Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute these tools. The Chrome extension requests only the permissions necessary to scan the currently active tab.9. Community Forum & User Content
The community forum allows publishers to share tips, ask questions, and discuss strategies. You retain ownership of content you post but grant AdGateScore a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms, is abusive, or is spam. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content.10. Affiliate Program
AdGateScore offers an affiliate program with commission-based referral rewards. Participation is subject to our
Affiliate Program terms. We reserve the right to modify commission rates or terminate affiliate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
11. Trust Badge & Embeddable Widget
The Trust Badge is available exclusively to Premium subscribers with a verified scan. The embeddable score widget may be used on sites associated with your account. Both must be used as-is without modification. We may revoke badge access if your subscription lapses or your site no longer meets minimum score thresholds.12. AI-Powered Features
Certain features use third-party AI services (Google Gemini, Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Perplexity) to generate fix recommendations, decode rejection emails, check AI platform citations, detect AI-generated content, and provide keyword opportunity analysis. AI-generated recommendations are advisory only and should be reviewed before implementation. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs. Your domain name may be sent to AI providers when using the AI Visibility Checker to check citation status.13. Third-Party Advertising
The Service displays advertisements from third-party providers including Google AdSense, Media.net, and Carbon Ads. These providers may use cookies and tracking technologies as described in our
Cookie Policy. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the products or services advertised.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, scoring algorithms, and software comprising the Service are owned by AdGateScore. Scan results generated for your websites are yours to use. Blog content, guides, glossary entries, and other editorial content are copyrighted and may not be reproduced without permission. White-label PDF reports may be distributed to clients under an active Premium subscription.15. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scan scores, approval probability estimates, and AI-generated recommendations are advisory and do not guarantee acceptance by any ad network. Revenue estimates from the Revenue Calculator are projections only. We are not liable for decisions made based on scan results, revenue impact, or third-party ad network policies.16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdGateScore's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from your Account settings page. Upon termination, your scan history, community posts, and account data will be deleted within 30 days. Directory and Featured Listing profiles are removed immediately upon cancellation.18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
